Sin embargo, hay un proyecto interesante de user to go up or down half a level. It is also the only one of the linear blocks that has a slightly curved geometry, produced by a slight twist between the two flights of stairs. Unlike the Vagó building, he basically uses three types of three-bedroom dwellings, which are very similar to each other. In two of them, he changes the layout of the terrace to create a certain rhythm on the south façade where he groups the floors 2 by 2. The third variation is on the sides of the building by introducing terraces facing north and south. Gropius was the only architect who resolved adequately the dwelling located at the end of a linear block, avoiding the conventional blind façade that we see in the rest of the neighbourhood. All the rooms are generously sized, with a floor area of about 90 m2 and a kitchen of 12.1 m2, one of the largest of all those planned. The typologies used in the Hansa district do not include the usual rows of terraced houses, although we will see a small building by Jacobsen with this grouping later on. However, there is an interesting project by Figura 10. Planta general del edificio de Gropius (24). / Figure 10. General plan of the Gropius building (24).
